Membership of wispa.co.uk is open to people 16 years old and above, resident in the UK. By submitting your membership application you confirm that the information you have supplied is accurate, you accept the Website Terms and Conditions and have read and accept the Privacy Policy

Please note, the Promoter reserves the right to moderate membership registrations. If the Promoter considers that a registration application goes against the letter or spirit of these Terms and Conditions or those of the modules contained within wispa.co.uk (for example, a registration that contains what is believed to be a false name or information that, if displayed on a public website, is considered likely to cause offence) then it may, at its sole discretion, refuse to register the applicant, or cancel the registration linked to that application.

You are happy for us to publish your name and image (don't worry, we won't put the year!) on our Birthday Board each time your birthday comes around and you're still a member.

Are happy to receive emails about Wispa and other Cadbury products.

All personal data submitted by you shall be held by the Promoter (and any agents it has engaged for the purpose managing wispa.co.uk, membership and wispa.co.uk-based promotions) in accordance with applicable data protection rules and regulations and shall be used only for the purposes of to which you have given express consent. Please read the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

Wispa Wall of Love T and C's

By submitting a picture to us (an "Entry") for the Wispa wall of love (the "module") you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

This module is just for fun and no prizes are offered. No purchase necessary. Internet access is required.

This module is open only to UK residents aged 16 and over. The module will open at 09:00 on 21st December 2009 and will run until further notice.

To enter, you must become a member of wispa.co.uk, submit/upload a high resolution photograph of yourself that complies with the requirements set out below and complete the basic personal details required by the module.

The Promoter takes no responsibility for Entries that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible or damaged and such Entries will be deemed invalid.

Your entry must show you and a reference to Cadbury Wispa, and must:

  1. be your own original work
  2. show only those identifiable individuals from whom you have obtained the written consent, release and/or permission of to appear in the Entry
  3. not contain any material which is offensive and/or derogatory, is of a pornographic and/or sexual nature, is defamatory, libellous, obscene, is otherwise illegal, violates any third party intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, service marks or any other proprietary, publicity, privacy or personal right) or will give rise to any obligation for the payment of any sums to any third party by the Promoter;
  4. not contain any trade/brand logos or references other than incidental inclusion and/or relating to Cadbury products.

The Promoter reserves the rights to refuse to upload and/or to remove from the module any Entry the Promoter deems, at its sole discretion, at any time either

  1. not to comply with the Terms of this Promotion as set out herein or
  2. to go against the spirit of the module.

By submitting the Entry you hereby grant the Promoter a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of and display the Entry in connection with the module. You also hereby agree to irrevocably waive any and all so-called moral rights you may have in the Entry. The Promoter will not materially alter the Entry in any manner that either materially distorts its meaning or implies that the Promoter or a third party has created such Entry. You acknowledge that you will not have a right of approval over any changes made by the Promoter to the Entry.

Please read the Promoter's Privacy Policy. You expressly agree to your Entry being displayed at the Promoter's discretion along with the [public user name] you submitted as part of your membership details.

Entrants agree that the decisions of the Promoter related to the module are final. To the maximum The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the rules or cancel the module at any time or to modify, terminate or suspend the module should viruses, worms, bugs unauthorised human intervention or other causes beyond the Promoter's control corrupt or impair the administration or security of the module. To the fullest extent permissible by English law, the Promoter accepts no liability in relation to this module. This module shall be governed by English law.

My Wispa T and C's

By submitting a request to us (an "Entry") for "My Wispa" (the "module") you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

This module is just for fun. No purchase necessary. Internet access is required.

Upon submission of a valid entry, you will be sent an image of a virtual Cadbury Wispa bar incorporating your First Name as registered with us, to your email address, within 5 days of entry.

You expressly agree to your First Name being included in our "Popular Names" leaderboard should we wish to do so. This leaderboard will display the rankings of names according to those who have been the subject of the most requests in the My Wispa feature, together with the number of requests to date.
